There is a “Hearing” of Faith, that’s “the Hearing of Him;” and The Lord has brought us to that place …that we might have ears to hear His speaking.

In these last days, God has spoken to Us [In] [by and through] His Son, Whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by …The Word of His power.
[Hebrews 1:1-3]
And, if we are the children of God …then we (too) are heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ …what an incorruptible inheritance. [Romans 8:17; 1 Peter 1:4]
It is in the dynamic of an intimate (son/daughter) union with God, Our Father; through the “Love energies” of The Spirit, that “the Hearing of Him” takes place.

The New Year, Now Year!
Behold, Now is the accepted Time, going forward, to wake up to a right relationship with God …and that right relationship is being loved by God.

The Day of “Now”
“Now the birth of Jesus Christ …”
[Matt. 1:18]
This “Now” was a kairos moment in a chronos time line …that opportune, critical, moment in (tick tock) time, where something happens that changes things eternally. [Pastor]
For “When the fullness of the time was come, God (Who only operates in the fullness of time) sent forth His Son, made of a woman (His mother Mary …found with child of the Holy Ghost [Matt. 1:18c]), subject to the law, ‘to free those who, just like Him, were subject to the law,’ [the voice] that we mightreceive the adoption (or placement) of sons (to be adopted is to be set in place). And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth The Spirit of His Son into your hearts, (the release that changed things eternally), crying Abba, Father.”
[Gal. 4-6/kjv; Pastor]

The leaders of the synagogue were upset and offended by Jesus, saying, “Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners?” Who had no religious motivation to follow Jesus …yet, they were drawn by His every word.
[Pastor]
So, the question becomes, (a) What was Jesus saying to them? Such that it would be a continual cause of concern, and offense, for the religious leaders? And, another question is, (b) What was going on inside the publican and sinner’s hearts and minds as well …in other words, What was the hunger? and What was the bait?

Now, it was in that context that Jesus began to minister the parable of the prodigal son; which spoke to the Love of God for the lost and dis-enfranchised; or, “whosoever believeth,” Saying,
“I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” For, it is written, “In due season, Christ died for the ungodly.”

God does not have any authority in the earth realm apart from man, by His design. He is at work IN the “release” of His Words, through a man. [Pastor]
God Blessed man to impart and empower man to be the medium of His Power; to be realized IN/to/thru creation.
[Gen 1:28; Pastor]
Christ Jesus, the man, said, “I must work the works (or, administrate the Power) of Him that sent Me.”
[John9:4]
Remember, The Word of God became flesh, to do the will of God.
[John 1:14; Hebrews 10:5-7]
This “being-ness” of God IN man is the “substance” of the Gospel …and the Gospel is the meditation by which we will prosper and be in health, to bless the nations; which is His Purpose In Us.

We live this life in steps; a shifting of our weight to engage/become fully involved/to participate in being what God has called us to “be” …while putting one foot in front of the other. [Pastor]
And, when all has been said and done, we will be witnesses of what The Lord has accomplished IN us; “for it is God which worketh IN you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.” In essence, The Lord is 180-degree-ing us (or, turning us around) out of our lost-ness into a found-ness. [Pastor; Philippians 2:13]
If you have been “hearing,” and “hearing,” and receiving the engrafted Word of The Lord; at the end of the day, He will have walked you into His purpose. [Romans 10:17; Pastor]
But we believe that through the grace of The Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved. [Acts 15:11]
